Hydroponics is a way of growing without using soil, but rather with mineral and nutrient
solution and water. Because plants absorb nutrients through water rather than soil, it
was discovered that soil is not an essential part of growing plants.
Hydroponics kits. For the beginner or anyone for that matter interested in hydroponics
farming there are kits available that provide the basic horticultural tools and seeds
necessary to successfully grow plants. Kits could be used where space is limited and a
person really wants to grow plants.
